Alumni Capital Management is an alternative investment fund focused on making open market and direct capital placements in small-cap markets globally. We deploy capital across special situations, event-driven catalysts, and structurally overlooked segments of public equities.
Geography
We primarily invest in the United States, which remains our core market but also deploy capital across the United Kingdom and European Union, Canada, and Australia. When pricing, governance, and rule-of-law standards align, we will selectively invest in other developed or emerging markets on an opportunistic basis.
Sectors
While sector-agnostic, we concentrate research and capital in healthcare and life sciences, technology and digital infrastructure, consumer and lifestyle markets, and energy and industrials, or other industrial niches that remain underserved by institutional capital.
